While re-negotiating the Haliç Arsenals firstly divided the area 2 parts. First part was determined as ecological and water research center. And also a center focusing on the mud problem of the Golden Horn was also considered.In the second part, which is mainly studied, a hub is proposed where floating ecosystem platforms that will contribute to the ecological diversity of the Golden Horn are researched and produced. The existing dry docks have contributed greatly to this function in terms of research.
